COMPOSITE COMPONENT PRODUCTION
WITH STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY AND MATERIALS, WE EXCEL IN CRAFTING HIGH-PERFORMANCE COMPOSITE COMPONENTS. WE HAVE THE ABILITY TO CREATE ALL TYPES OF COMPOSITE STRUCTURES SPECIFIC TO CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS.

VIP Production
The vacuum infusion process (VIP) is an advanced composite manufacturing technique to produce lightweight, high-strength components with superior fiber-to-resin ratios. It is a closed-mold process that enhances part quality, reduces material waste, and improves consistency compared to traditional hand lay-up methods.
LRTM Production
Light Resin Transfer Molding (LRTM) is a closed-mold composite manufacturing process that produces high-quality, lightweight, and structurally robust components with improved surface finishes. It is an advanced form of Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) but differs by using a low-pressure vacuum-assisted process instead of high-pressure injection.
Prepreg and other Hot Bond Production
These methods ensure precision, repeatability, and superior mechanical performance, making them critical for aircraft, spacecraft, and high-performance aerospace structures.
Hand lay up production
Hand layup remains a valuable composite production method for prototyping, custom parts, and non-structural components. It remains an accessible, cost-effective solution for specialized applications where flexibility and custom fiber layups are required.
